Contact us and register your interest
Use this page to ask a question, request a level assessment, or register interest in a course. You only need four fields: first name, surname, email and phone number. Tell us your goal in the message if you can, and we will come back with a recommendation and current schedule.

What to send us
The essentials are your first name, surname, email and phone number. If you add your current English level, your goal and the hours you can study each week, we can give a useful answer in the first reply instead of asking three follow-up questions.
If you have a deadline (a test date, a course start, a job interview), say so. It changes what we recommend.
Send these with your message
- —Your current English level, if you know it, or a short description of where you left off.
- —What you need the language for: everyday fluency, work, university, or a specific exam.
- —How many hours a week you can realistically study, and whether you prefer morning, afternoon or evening classes.
- —Any date you are working towards, such as an exam sitting or a term start.
Why the detail helps
A two-line enquiry usually means two answers and several days of back and forth. A short paragraph that covers level, goal and availability lets us name a class and a start date in the first reply. That is the whole point of writing it down before you send.
If you would rather talk
Call +44 20 7920 5884 during UK office hours. Some questions, especially level placement and current availability, take two minutes on the phone. Email works better when you want the details in writing, such as a syllabus or a fee schedule.
A level assessment looks at what you can do, not just how confidently you chat.
Asking for a level assessment
A level assessment looks at speaking, listening, reading and writing, not just how confidently you chat. Request one and we will arrange it, then place you at the CEFR level the result supports.
If you are between levels, we will say which class will stretch you without leaving you behind.
Request a level assessmentWhere the result puts you
You leave with a CEFR level and a suggested class, not a vague idea that your English is "okay". If the assessment puts you at the edge of two levels, we say which one we would place you in and why.
Assessments run in person at the Bloomsbury school or by phone if you are still deciding from outside London.
Registering interest in a course
Registration starts as an enquiry. Tell us which course interests you, or describe your goal and let us suggest one. We send the schedule and fee details for your level, and you decide from there.
No payment is taken at this stage, and nothing is confirmed until you say so.
Step 1
Send the enquiry
Fill in the form with first name, surname, email and phone number, then press Register. Tell us the course or the goal in the message field.
Step 2
We confirm your level
If we do not already know it, we arrange a level assessment or ask a few questions to place you on the CEFR scale.
Step 3
You get schedule and fees
We suggest a format, send current start dates and the fee details that apply to your level. No payment is taken at this point.
Step 4
You decide
Nothing is confirmed until you say so. If the class is full, we offer the next intake or an alternative format rather than leave you waiting.
Requesting a syllabus or schedule
You can ask for the syllabus for any course on a named level. It lists the term's topics and target language. Schedule requests work the same way: tell us the format and we send current start dates.
If a class is full, we will offer the next intake or an alternative format rather than leave you waiting.
Syllabus requests
Name the course and the level, for example General English at B1, and we send the term document with topics and target language.
Schedule requests
Tell us the format you want — morning, afternoon, evening, intensive or part-time — and we send the current start dates for your level.
Response times and contact hours
We reply during UK office hours, generally within a small number of working days. Enquiries sent at the weekend or on public holidays are handled on the next working day.
If your question is urgent and you have a deadline, call rather than email so we can respond the same day.
Office hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Saturday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Closed on Sundays and UK public holidays.
Best route for each question
Phone for placement and availability. Email for syllabuses, schedules and anything you want in writing.
Calling or emailing instead
Some questions are quicker on the phone, particularly level placement and current availability. Others suit email, such as syllabus and schedule requests where you want the details in writing.
Both routes reach the same team. Use whichever you prefer.

Register your interest
Complete the form with first name, surname, email and phone number, then press Register to send it. You will see a confirmation that the enquiry was received, followed by an explanation of what happens next.
From there we confirm your level, suggest a format and send the schedule.
Privacy of what you send
We use the details you submit to answer your enquiry and manage your registration. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why, how long it is kept and how to ask for changes. We do not sell your details. Read the policy before you submit if you want the full picture.
Questions before you register
Do I have to pay to register interest?
No. Registering interest is an enquiry, not a purchase. We send schedule and fee details for your level and you decide whether to proceed.
What happens after I submit the form?
You get a confirmation that the enquiry was received. Our team then confirms your level, suggests a course format and sends current schedule and fee details.
How fast do you reply?
We answer during UK office hours and generally within a small number of working days. Weekend and holiday enquiries are handled on the next working day.
Can I ask for a syllabus before I decide?
Yes. Ask for the syllabus for any course on a named level and we send the term's topics and target language, along with current start dates for that level.
Still deciding? Send the four fields and we will help you choose between General, Intensive and exam preparation courses.
